Don’t just take it from us! Here’s what our recent guests have been saying!
Lovely, comfortable stay Our family booked the entire Windflower Inn for a two night stay. We had a family wedding in the area. Family members ranged from a 2 year old toddler to a 70 year old and all of us felt welcome and were very comfortable during our stay. There were two large gathering spaces for the family to congregate. There were some toys for the children. We didn't feel that we needed to worry that the children would break antiques or otherwise cause disruption because the Inn was a comfortable place for families. Our 6 and 8 year old members thoroughly enjoyed the jars of cookies and gum drops that were available and the adults enjoyed the Keurig beverages. The room and the beds were fine. They were clean and none of us had any complaints, and with a group as large as ours, that was unusual. There was a large dining room that accommodated all of us. Breakfasts were filling and tasty. Michelle and her family were very helpful. We decided that some of the family might be hungry in the evening, after the wedding, and Michelle arranged for pizzas and sodas to be delivered. We would certainly stay here again. My 8 year old granddaughter said she loved the Inn because it was "like home, only with treats!"honeybrooklin (from TripAdvisor)
A pleasant surprise! We stayed at the inn for three nights. Michelle and Tom could not have been more hospitable. They are new innkeepers which I thought was actually a plus. They are trying so hard (and succeeding) to accommodate everyone's needs. The room we had was very spacious and clean. They also added power strips so that there were plenty of places to plug in electronics, usually one of my complaints when staying in an older home. The food was amazing and every breakfast was completely different. Michelle also cooked delicious cookies which were always available as was coffee and tea. If I had to say one negative, it is that there is very poor cell service in the inn but if I went outside I could get enough service to make a call. They do supply free WIFI in the inn which worked great. Would absolutely recommend this inn!NFM18 (from TripAdvisor)
