Fees & Rates
Stays of of over 3 days or the booking of 3 rooms or more will require a deposit of 50% of the stay. Otherwise, your reservation will be secured by a charge of one nights stay deposit per room. The balance of your stay will be due at check-out. We accept all major credit cards, cash, travelers checks. Rates are per night based on double occupancy. There are no single occupancy discounts. Additional guests, including children can be accommodated in some rooms at the rate of $25 per night.
We understand that for any number of reasons you may have to change your plans. Reservations canceled at least two weeks before planned arrival date are refundable minus a $25.00 administration fee. Any reservation canceled less than 14 days prior to arrival date, will be subject to a charge of one night’s stay. Departure before final date of reservation will be charged as originally confirmed.
Cancellations on the day of arrival and non-arrivals are charged the full amount of the stay.

Check-In & Check-Out
Check-in anytime after 3 pm. If you will be arriving after 7 PM, please call us to let us know. Checkout is 11 am.
Pets & Children
Unfortunately, although we love animals, we are not able to accommodate guests’ pets in the Inn. We are happy to welcome well behaved children who are at least 3 years old.
Smoke free Policies
The Windflower Inn is smoke-free. There will be an additional fee for cleaning due to a violation of the nonsmoking policy.
